The conservancy, a non-profit initiative, partners with the Maasai people and tourism operators like Asilia to manage the land. All tourism fees directly support conservancy management and lease payments to Maasai landowners, creating a perfect symbiosis of conservation, community empowerment, and sustainable tourism.
